		<description>KFC gravy is pretty awesome. Weird thing is that when I was a kid I loved gravy so much that I rated gravies. KFC was number two after Swiss Chalet&#039;s dipping sauce (ok not a gravy but srsly it&#039;s awesome).

I hope you&#039;re eating brown rice. It&#039;s much better for you than white rice. It has more fibre!

I think my list would be something like...

Foods I don&#039;t eat anymore (or try not to) and miss:

1) Chocolate (:&#039;()
2) Wings
3) Tuna Subs/Sandwiches (the kinds from Subway and Quiznos that use regular mayo)
4) Chicken fingers
5) Chicken Carbonara and Prime Rib subs from Quiznos (I used to order them with extra sauce. The sauce is extremely high in calories :&#039;()

Foods I eat now (often):

1) All Bran Cereal/Fibre 1 Original
2) Whey Protein Powder
3) Chicken Breast
4) Cottage cheese with ground flax seed
5) Salmon (usually in a pasta salad)</description>
